Individuals providing care for a family member or friend who has memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease can sign up for the free Creating Confident Caregivers Program. Sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging 1-B and the Alzheimer’s Association, the workshop will give you information about dementia and tools to make caregiving easier and more rewarding. You will learn strategies to:

This program has helped me have more confidence in the way I interact.” – Previous workshop attendee The six-week workshop meets once a week for two hours and offers free care for your family member with dementia while you attend the workshop.
