Safety for Persons with Dementia Workshops offered Print E-mail

When it comes to being a caregiver for someone with dementia, we may find ourselves asking repeatedly, “where is the balance between keeping my loved one safe while still respecting their dignity and independence?” Educational workshops through the Alzheimer’s Association will assist in answering that question. There currently are two different safety workshops scheduled this spring/ summer that focus on Driving and Dementia, as well as Home Safety. There is no fee to attend these informational workshops designed for family caregivers. Please click below to view or download the flyers for these specific upcoming workshops and we hope that you are able to attend.
